Mc Donald's never fail do they? I love a cheeky mc ds so quick and easy staff are polite. Shame about the junkies standing around the windows begging though.

Very helpful staff having been stuck on m25 for hours needed a toilet and food stop. This is where I came. What a kind an caring staff who were so helpful. I m disabled and having sat for so long in a car I was having mobility problems. They cared and attended to helping me get my food and also getting to the toilet. I can't thank them enough. Delivery from here is better than most round the area. In house can get very busy at times and wait times can be extensive.

Ordered food online and collection was seamless however my turn came after 35 mins wait in drive thru queue, because the person taking the order was also processing the payments so they were holing people to wait before they order while she processes the payments. That was causing more delays.
Food was hot but not hot enough to feel freshly made, which does not add up when there are long queues and people are buying it fast.

Early morning and took 20 mins to get my porridge, I don't get how it took so long! There wasn't a que on arrival but long one afterwards
