The food was nice but the service from one staff member was a bit snappy and curt. The staff member who served us our sundae was so cheery! Overall a pleasant experience as everything was perfect to order.

Very impressive for a takeaway order, normally by the time you get home you would expect the waffle is super soggy and nasty but this was good as new! It was still warm and fresh. Glad to know the takeaway service is just as good as eating in.
Love the desserts here, their waffles are lovely, light and not too sweet. It’s my go-to anytime I fancy a sweet treat! Some of the staff can me very rude and dismissive which is why they lost a star for me. Really hope the customer service improves.
I visited this creams the other day and it was a very pleasant experience. We ordered a cookie dough, waffle, and crepes. They were a good serving size and the service was excellent. Got our order within 10 minutes and the food was great tasting. Definitely reccomend.
Nice cafe in Enfield, near Tesco, parking is available there or in the surrounding car parks. They do waffles, pancakes, ice cream, drinks. Nice place, not cheap, it works out around £7 per person. Great as a special treat. Toilets available. Family friendly.
First time I have been. The place clearly attracts a younger crowd as there were kids hanging around all over the place, most of them were not even eating. So if you are easily intimidated, this isn't the place for you. I ordered what you see in the picture. It looks deceiving, its actually massive. Hot waffle with vanilla ice cream, strawberries and shavings of white chocolate. The waffle was a bit soggy, not sure really sure why and the strawberries appeared to be a bit old. However, as you would expect from a dessert, it tasted great and went down like I hadn't eaten all week lol
The staff are quite a friendly bunch of females and engaged in some banter at the till while I was ordering, which was nice.
Because of the soggy waffle and the old strawberries, I only gave it a 4 star. I will definitely go again. Well worth checking out if you have a sweet tooth 😋

Can’t deny the desserts tasting amazing. Had to knock off a star because their ‘facilities’ were poor, by the looks of it the last time the cleaning crew checked the loos was 3 days ago 🤢
This is cream heaven! Let's just say, everything on the menu look so good that we spent 15 mins just deciding what we wanted. I still want to go back and try some more things!
The place was great, I went there for the first ever time with my friend for their/her birthday, and I picked the oreo sundae and my friend picked I think the bubble gum sundae, they melted really quickly but that was still ok, problem is there were these guys (like grown up men) through multiple menus over to our table, it was pretty funny but they got one of the menus in my literal icecream and it splashed everywhere, so I'd recommend putting for super vision on what ppl are doing if they are being all loud and stuff.
I also went to this Cafe/Restaurant with my best friend for my birthday which is the picture with the crepes, me and my friends are coming to this place a lot more often during the summer holidays!
