This was a nice cafe. The food is really reasonably priced and the chips are especially tasty. It can get very busy here at the weekends, so it can feel a little chaotic. However, if you avoid peak times it’s likely to be even better.

The food here is always hot, fresh and very tasty. Very generous portions and reasonably priced. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Always very busy but don’t be put off by this, the service is fast and better than anywhere else I’ve been.

Wonderful coffee, great space to sit and chill and my husband says it’s the best bacon and egg baguette he’s ever had! Our new favourite place :-)

We've been going for years. It can be very busy so best to arrive early in order to avoid the queue. George is always friendly and his team seems to work well together. It's hard to say what you should order but I've always enjoyed the crispy bacon and brie toastie, along with the bread pudding they have. The desserts are pricey, but they are very big so understanble.

At first I though it was a little pricey but I cannot stress this enough, the jacket potatoes were absolutely huge and properly overly filled with fillings, I had the cheese and tuna and it was fantastic,
Also have the scone with clotted cream and jam (cream first), served still warm and soft,

George is one of the most friendly and nicest people you'll ever meet, great selection of pastries, cakes and coffee, any hot food we've had from here has been great too. A favourite amount us and all our friends.
