I’ve made a complaint before but deleted it cause it was resolved, well here I am again. I showed up at 9:50pm, and I know that it’s rude to go 10 minutes before they closed but I’ve been there before are that time and always been served. I sat there at the speakers for 2 minutes and heard nothing. So I called and when the lady answered I asked if they are open and she said no. I asked her if they closed early or if they changed it cause it says here they close at 10. She said no ( very rudely) so I asked her why can’t she serve me since they are technically open and this girl said “ cause it’s 9:50 and we throw everything away” ( keep in mind this women has a very RUDE tone the whole time). So since she gave me a rude attitude I became rude. I told her I worked in fast food and we still served people 10 minutes before we close and she said “ I don’t care where you work!” So I asked for her name, her name is Melanie or Melody I forget which one she said. This was also at 9:50, June 25 2022. I will delete this review if my issue is solved and she is fired or spoken to. And yes I left a very bad review to management about her.

Good service but they forgot my doughnut. Quickly corrected since I went inside. New person behind counter. Very busy, both counter and drive thru! Seemed organized behind counter. Pumpkin doughnut was good.
Update: Saturday/Sunday, 2020; Still busy, very busy inside and out. Associate charged me for the wrong order and I overpaid for a medium coffee ☕ and doughnut. Didn't catch the mistake right away, especially since I wasn't given a receipt. I went back the next day, and with my bank statement on my phone 📱, I was actually given a bit more back in cash for a refund of the overcharge. They were very busy trying to keep up with demand and I don't think the manager had time to correct the amount since she had already entered it into the register. I wasn't hassled about the refund.

awful i ordered a drink and there was a hair floating in it i didnt get to stick the straw in my drink before seeing someones hair floating in it. so whoever was working tuesday january 25 around 4:40 do better because im not coming back. i used to work at dunkin donuts and i am disappointed in the service at this specific dunkin donuts.

Place then I'm going to go order. People that went in and ordered on the spot for prioritized over my order that was placed 15 minutes previous to arriving at the store. had to literally ask for my items and my coffee was completely melted I couldn't even drink it. the girl who realized that they forgot to give me my items was pretty promotionless as well didn't even offer to remake the drink after noticing it looked pretty disgusting. I will never come back to this Dunkin.

I started doing mobile orders because its faster an easier for me. But ever since they have gotten my order wrong three times im a person who is a diabetic and they have put normal sugar in my coffee and once they forgot the mocha today i ordered an iced coffee and i got a hot one.

I asked for an original monster intending to get a can and the cashier rang up a blue rasberry monster energy punch. When I alerted her to the situation she asked the manager who said she cant sell cans and the dunks and thats why she gave me that. Well if you knew I couldnt have what I ordered why would you charge me for a 5$ for something I didnt want?? Then to top it off they would not return my money for the item and made me take it. Worst dunkin experience I've ever encountered with lazy employees.
