I usually love BK when I live in Massachusetts. When I move to NH I go to the closest one which is epping .
I feel bad for this Burger King because the employees don’t care about their job or take pride out of it . The Employees are so bad that they made me and wife have no choice but to go to McDonald’s. Lose 2 customer because mistakes they keep doing . I always file complaints too many time
I Only stay because the refund I’ve decided to stay longer until when I see a girl touching her dirty phone talking and touching food . Seeing hair in the burger just because they don’t put their hair up in their hat or wear hair net
They need better management tell their employees to stop being lazy and slacking too much . Literally McDonald’s will be full. One time I went to McDonald’s because I had enough of bk bs but my wife argue that she want bk until she saw the bk took 30 minutes for her meal when McDonald took only 5 minute while having traffic at drive thru n a lot of cars in parking lot meanwhile bk is empty still take longer . How can you possibly take long with no car at driver thru n empty parking lot? If manager don’t take action they will lose all customer to McDonalds

Few lights on, couldn't tell if the restaurant was open, went to drive-thru, waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged, the Ultimate Whopper was cold, not savory, but at least the fries were hot. The pop was watery without fizz.

This place was great. Went through the drive thru and they were fast and accurate. Also the food was warm and tasty. Great service and what you’d expect from a well run fast food place.

We wanted to try the New Tacos advertised. They were soggy in the middle & the shell appeared to be reheated more than once. It was so hard it was like chewing on plastic! We threw them out & ordered a burger instead which was fine. I think they should stick to 🍔's ! Although the staff is friendly here, this location could use some improvements with the cleanliness inside & out!!

I had a very pleasant experience very quick one because all I ordered was onion rings and a lemonade Icee which were quickly gathered and served and was of excellent quality. I am a tractor trailer driver so I pulled in with just my tractor and I was able to back in the parking spot with no problem at all so the parking lot is pretty roomy I don't recommend coming in here with the trailer at all don't do it LOL. This is a very clean place and it's alright newer model exterior and interior.

They don't deserve any stars... Got someone else's order after waiting 15min from ordering to actually getting someone elses order..Place was dirty poor girl at window was trying to do it all... Manager didn't care.... I will never ever go to Burger King.ever again...

Won't take Samsung pay using Amex at the window. Can't use the app to pay without making a new order. No wonder the location looks run down. Live locally but Won't be returning.

Customer service was terrible not very polite very rushed to complete our order even though we were only people in line food was awful fries were cold burger didn’t taste well bacon was undercooked and wrong sauce on the burger
