This Wendy's is one of the best Wendy's in all of New England. And I would have rated 5 stars.
.Uhhhh.... When its open !!!
Unfortunately I got there a little too early, actually, very very early and they were not open yet.
But that was my own fault and I needed to get to work extra early that day.
But I have been there many many times, the staff is great the food is not just good,
it is exquisitely excellent.
The help is very friendly, and courteous and the restaurant is always clean. The bathrooms are exceedingly clean. That's not an easy thing to say about fast food chains. Usually the bathrooms in most other places oh, well oh, you'd rather hold it and wait to go home. Try this Wendy's if you are really into good burgers, great people end fantastic chili.
And you have to try their new french fries. These of the french fries that beat the clowns Fry's. And that says a lot about how good they are.
*You won't regret it....

The person that greeted and served us at this Wendys was so upbeat and positive. It is really GREAT to see someone who cares about the customer experience and takes great pride in his job.

Updated 6-23 somewhat less busy @ 8:20 PM, but still a 15 minute wait in drive-thru. Chili was sold out but well substituted for. Unfortunately, also missed added avocado customization. Offered meal combo in compensation, but not my home location.
Food was delicious, and after 30 minutes wait I'm drive thru got what I ordered with hot, nearly crispy fries. Definitely worth what I paid for it

Food is always great but the dumb pot hole just before ordering screwed up my cars suspension. Heard something snap when my wheel went in it, that pot hole has been there forever and is completely unacceptable.

I ordered a bourbon bacon burger with extra sauce on it, extra onion tangles and extra bacon plus a side of bourbon sauce.
When I parked to eat the burger I saw that they put a side of sauce but there was almost no sauce at all on the burger. I went back to the drive thru and let them know that there wasn’t extra sauce on the burger. There was only the extra sauce on the side.
I asked if they could just give me an additional side of sauce and I would put it on the burger.
Instead of saying okay, apologizing and telling me.to pull up to the window ; the young girl starred arguing with me saying extra sauce was added. I told her I just wanted some more sauce but if she was refusing to give me more sauce then I would like a refund.
She said she would refund my money because my burger already had the extra sauce on it.
So she gave me back my $10.00 and I had to find some place else to eat.

waited in line since 8:25 with my kiddos. then go turned away at 9:05 due to staffing issues and closing early. not really good customer service on their part.. especially when you wait for so long to get turned down.. I get staffing issues is every where but to turn customers away when they waited that long not really good customer service..

We will never ever attend this place again we came in before 1 we were not served our food until 1:28. Worst place ever to go they do not have their food even ready for lunch hour many people wanted their money back Don't waste your time

Had a legitimately awful experience. Food was wrong, service was standoffish and what we got was stale. But I don't blame the employees, they're clearly new and overworked. Hope you all get better jobs.
