We visited for dinner on a Friday night and had the set menu option where you get a mixed starter and four (yes, four) main courses plus rice for two people. At first we thought we'd never get through it but we did because the sizes are more of a tasting menu style, allowing you to sample their wonderful cooking. And it is wonderful. The spicing is just right with the Thai Red Curry sauce being the star of the show. We loved it!
Absolutely incredible! I've been for maybe 10 Thai meals in my life and this was by far the best.... the service was wonderful, the waitresses were really lovely, lovely decor, pristine facilities and the food was 10/10. The duck spring rolls and satay chicken were delicious, prawns really well cooked and the chicken panang curries were just divine. I was stuffed but got the leftovers to take out because I couldn't bare the thought of leaving any. Also, well-priced. Overall, we will definitely be returning!
Finding ourselves in Epping last weekend, we decided to try Lan Naa Thai for dinner on Friday evening. The food was delicious, the service and atmosphere was warm, welcoming and friendly. We tried one of the set menu options for 2 people which had a great selection of starters and four main course dishes plus rice. Although this sounded like a lot, the portion sizes were in a tasting menu style (although still very generous), which enabled us to try more dishes as part of the experience. My favourite was the Thai Red Curry which was full of flavour and spices but not too hot. Would definitely recommend Lan Naa Thai and will be finding an excuse to be in Epping again very soon, so that we can go back!
