Domino's Pizza

Pizza was ordered at 6.22pm and we paid for a priority service of 20mins. Needless to say the pizza was not delivered on time. Meal was delivered around 7.11pm, cold, burnt, and crushed. Items were delivered at room temperature, had to re-heat in the oven prior to consuming. Large Garlic Prawn pizza was all squashed and compressed to one side of box, literally folded over itself. Churros we delivered not only stone cold, but had been overcooked, delivered black and covered in charcoal from being burnt. Mini Dutch Pancakes were delivered in the same condition as the churros, black, burnt and cold. Pizza was ordered at 6.22pm and we paid for a priority service of 20mins. Based on the comments above I would not be able to recommend Dominoes to anyone I talk to, I would think long and hard before ordering from Dominoes again. Cannot believe the meal was delivered 30 mins late, cold, burnt and destroyed and we did not even receive a courtesy phone call from Dominoes Everton Park to advise of any delays or concerns.

The manager in this store, (well at least I think he's the manager - he's always working) is honestly one of the best ambassadors for a business I've ever seen. Always incredibly polite, prompt and friendly. Even when things are chaos and busy - he's clearly the duck that keeps them together. Well done mate! Also, take a holiday! You deserve it.
