Very efficient and friendly service from all at Exeter Airport. No queues as such through security who were all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use this airport again. The larger airports should look at Exeter on how to give it's customers good service.
Thank you Exeter Airport staff and the crew of the Blue Islands flight, who overcame a significant delay to get us over to Jersey.

It's a small airport but has good and friendly staff. You will have departures and arrivals differently, Just side by side. You can see duty free once security check is done. It's some confusing if you are here first time after security check to get to gates or lounge but don't worry staff here are very friendly they will show you way.
First time flying from Exeter and have to say it exceeded our expectations. Needed special assistance for daughter who has autism. We reported to special assistance desk and were able to sit here and wait for check in to open rather than having to stand in line staff checked us in and then our bags, we were then escorted through security and shown to a quiet room to wait if needed. We also got priority boarding so my daughter could settle before all passengers boarded. Excellent friendly service.
Here at Long stay car park 4 we managed to get some amazing captures as the planes come right up close to you.

Best airport in South West suits us because we travel to Alicante and Tenerife quite often and use flights by TUI and RYANAIR
Never easy returning to chilly Exeter from a sunny holiday!
Its very clean and well organised though. All baggage safely reclaimed promptly and the airport exited within 20 minutes of landing.
One complaint, the gravel in P3 carpark is so big and stoney it is murder on the wheels of wheeled suitcases :-(
We flew from Exeter airport yesterday, going to Malaga. We had young adults travelling with us, with autism and anxiety. The care we got from the specialist assistant team was brilliant, a special shout out to Jade who went above and beyond to make our experience less stressful, please make sure she is recognised, she is fantastic at her job.Both our family members were able to cope reasonably well, with the support given. Thankyou all for being so understanding and supportive.
My first visit here, dropping off friends who were flying to the Isles of Scilly. Living as I do in the South East, I'm embarassed to admit that I was wholly unaware of this clean, bright and pleasant airport; unsurprisingly altogether more provincial and user-friendly than its larger cousins elsewhere. The car park staff were especially kind to me after an issue, which wasn't their fault.
Lovely experience through check in and security at around 6:45/7am this morning (6th July 2023). The chap in a checked shirt at Tui desk was friendly, professional and helpful. All five members of staff at security were great. Helpful, friendly and clearly professional. The lady before the screen, the lady at the screen. And the younger bloke and women guiding us through the X-ray thingy. Lovely atmosphere. So many security staff at airports are grumpy, surly and bossy. Not here at all.
At the cafe; lovely women served me. Smile on her face.
Finally, going through to boarding gate; yet again a friendly, cheerful and helpful lady checked me in (7.50am by this stage).
It’s a small airport. The shop and cafe are small. I’m not here to shop or sit drinking. I’m here to have, an ideally stress free, start to my holiday. The staff make this place.
