Very busy, so took a while to be shown to our seats and service was a bit slow, but the food was great and good value

I have been here many times, such a lovely atmosphere and the staff are amazingly friendly and go above and beyond to give you want you want a great service all round.

Just visited Friday evening - very very busy so quite a wait for each course but apart from that, everything else was great. Big shout out to Declan for sorting out a table reservation issue for us, the ever attentive waitress Leasa and front of house meeter/greeter Kelly. Will definitely be back.

I didn't have great expectations as its a chain eatery, but it was convenient for a group of 9 with young kids, but I was really pleasantly surprised! Great adult and kids menus, nice oval table so for a large group you could all see and talk to each other, and super friendly and helpful staff. Find vouchers online to keep the cost down though

went in on July 23rd 2023 - I am a secret shopper and scored 25/25 for greeting / waiter services. Highlighting the unique talents of Wayne who meet us at the door, showed us to table and entertained us with his funny experiences in the USA AND checked if we had allergies! also Kelly who was our waitress extrodinaire!
25/25 for food / Value - big shout out for the chef who went out of his way to make my accompanying secret shopper some onion rings.

Very quiet for a Saturday we thought but did not stop us having a lovely meal. Sam looked after us well, always hard dealing with a large group. There was 8 of us and he didn't seem to mind and always came over to check in and see if we wanted anything/ how things were.
Food was good. The only thing that let it down was the sundaes being abit overpriced for what they actually were.
