We didn't dine on this occasion . We called in for a drink. The staff were very welcoming. The atmosphere was good and the beers very good.

Food was very tasty and came in a reasonable time. The seating area was very clean. Only moan was it took ages to get served at the bar as there was only 1 person serving. However more than made up for by the quality and choice of the food.

The food and service were great, clearly staff like working there. Avoid Tuesdays if you're disabled as there is a quiz and non disabled drivers park their cars where they like stopping disabled drivers to abanden their visit

Just back from a meal and drinks in the Red Lion. Staff friendly, prompt service at the bar and food served quickly. What’s not to like ?

Amazing atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant prices and food was fast out and very tasty. Happy all round and would argue this is the best pub in the area!
Bonus is drinks are amazing prices too, good deals on shots too, haven’t seen prices like it anywhere else!
Can’t wait to go back!
