The server woman was rude, she also coughed on mine and my boyfriends meal. Now we both have covid and are Bed bound. Didn’t catch it from anywhere else. And have now unknowingly spread the covid to at least 3-4 others. And that number will increase as time goes on. So thanks. So glad I went there for the shakes that you guys have painted on the walls, even though you didn’t actually sell them. Should’ve walked out the moment the dirty woman coughed on the food.

Food was okay but the delivery driver rather rude, had to meet him down the road after he told me I had to. Its not my fault Google maps ain't accurate poor service hanging over my food. Remember who just paid your wage. Respect goes a long way.

Ordered a takeaway last night as it was mine and my wife’s 3rd wedding anniversary. We really just kind of settled on a Kens as Maccies at Speedfield Park wasn’t delivering - again! We’ve ordered from here before and the food has been inconsistent: at best, it’s ‘meh’ but it can be awful. Last night’s was awful.
We ordered a range of items including a 1/4 pound cheese burger, hot wings, poppin’ chicken and a chicken shish kebab. I am know laying in bed with stomach cramps, nausea, fever and, let’s just say, bad guts. We weren’t expecting Michelin-quality food but to actually get food poisoning!!!
Enough is enough. I will never order another Kens again.

Spent £16.30 on a jumbo pallet to share with the wife.
All the meat was cold and uncooked asked for sauce separate as we were sharing that didn't happen.
Called the restaurant and they hung up three times
No refund no redelivery just abuse on the phone and being called racist when my wife is Turkish!
I almost forgot they told me to pick the bad bits out of the food and continue eating!!
I recommend staying far away from this restaurant as the food sucks the management is even worse.
The customer does not come first here.
If you want unedible food and to ruin your night this is the place to eat.

This is by far the best food I have ever consumed, Let alone chicken. When I walk in to my local Ken’s fried chicken and ask for that mega meal deal my heart begins thumping with sheer excitement. Whatever they put in that chicken gives me a hard on and don’t even get me started on the burger sauce, I would drink that straight from the bottle if I didn’t feel like I was wasting somebody else’s opportunity to experience it for themselves. The staff are just so welcoming and inviting I wish I could just give them all a great big sloppy kiss on the lips. Overall 5 stars. I would give it 6 stars if I could! Thank you.
