I waited 20 minutes in the queue as the cashier was unbelievably slow (we were second in the queue btw) the cakes display was so empty and uninviting. The tables were so grubby we took our frappes and left. I did stop to use the facilities …
I come here regularly, It has great service, lovely staff and I'm happy that it has a later closing time. Food and coffee always tastes great. Would recommend.

No food, just drinks. We ordered 2 x lattes and 1 x chocolate frappe at the drive through, so didn't notice an issue until after we had left. One of the lattes was half empty and tge frappe had a massive chunk of ice that filled a quarter of the cup.(photo's attached) can't work out how, so in with all photos.
