Went to Borellis yesterday (25th May) to meet up with a friend. I have had lunch at Borellis, but never an evening meal, and it was excellent. My friend and I both had the Lime & Ginger Crevettes to start, which was absolutely delicious. I then had the fillet steak, which was very tender. Our waitress was an absolute delight and couldn’t do enough for us, checking on ingredients of various sauces, etc. All in all, a lovely evening.

Found this place via a Groupon deal. Very much glad we did, lovely hidden gem, service was outstanding! Food was very much delicious. We will be back. Big thank you to David and his team. 👋
The food at this place was really nice and presented in a wonderful way. I recommend The Avocado Toast with scrambled eggs, sliced avocado and smoked salmon. The garlic bread with cheese was also lovely.
The menu is extremely diverse with plenty of excellent choices.
We were greeted warmly and the members of staff were extremely kind.

We ordered the small plates or tapas for lunch. Maybe 3 each was more than recommended but we were hungry and only empty plates went back. The quality of the tapas and presentation was top class. We had some Hog’s Back alcohol free beers to accompany, excellent flavours. All in all an great lunch.

Entered the bar was greeted by 3 staff all with smiles and eager. It was very quiet i thought to myself why is this place so quiet. It must be bad. I asked to look at the cocktail menu. After looking I noticed nagroni wasn't on the menu. The manager (Martin) Asked if anything I was looking for in perticular. He explained he couldn't make a classic Nagroni. Due to not having Campari. He did offer to make it using Aperol. I was skeptical but wow. Best I've ever had. I've paid £25 for rubbish cocktails in London. This was £7.... yes it was during happy hour I might add but only £9 any other time. We had pizza we couldn't finish. Again the food was so spectacular I had to take it away. I come here years ago the food, service and staff are leagues apart. Anyone looking for a date night speak to Martini Martin he'll sort you the best cocktails in Farnham. I don't ever review and I felt I had too so people can go check out the fantastic tucked away little bar. Seriously though it don't make sense with the amazing food and a mixology master at the helm.

The staff couldn't have been more attentive, and super friendly. Tapas was ace, though little request: please can you put veggie meatballs on the menu too?!

An excellent experience all around. Food choices are unique, well prepared & good value for the quality. Service & environment are equally lovely. The mussels were such a treat (huge portion too). It was nice to be asked if I minded the gratuity (which was well earned).
We went especially for the comedy night which was good entertainment across the whole evening with a nice mix of comedians. Added to by the new tasty tapas menu we had heard about and of course the drinks with a good selection of beers, wines and spirits. Thanks to Dave and his team, we will be back.
Our waiter Edwin was very attentive and professional. The waitresses were also very good.
The most amazing atmosphere and such a great service from Martin working as the manager of the bar who went above and beyond. Thank you very much!!
