Really enjoyed afternoon tea. The cakes were lovely. The bread was nice. The owner was really welcoming and pleasant. Had a good talk with him, but he didn't linger round when the conversation ebbed. It was a surprise to see something local and unique open in the off season. It was definitely a much needed pit stop for my partner, child and me when the weather turned. I can see this being a real jewel in high season. We will return.

A lovely place to call in for a coffee with friends. A really relaxed atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and polite, the big plus for me is they are dog friendly and sometimes there are as many dogs as there are people. A great place in which to chill out...

Very quirky and fun little cafe, with the owner being friendly and willing to cater for any allergies with a day or two's notice. Cakes were excellent and the atmosphere was lovely (there's toys and books to entertain children too).

Lovely cafe the food is great and competitively priced and the owner is very friendly. Lovely cakes and scones all home made. It is also dog friendly.

What a wonderful place. The food is lovely and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, our dog was given a special welcome and given a treat straight away. We will certainly be back.

Lovely cafe and the host made us very welcome. There was even a biscuit for our dog Xena. Would recommend to anyone who is in this part of town.

Excellent service, really generous selection of cake to suit all tastes, and very friendly and welcoming. Need to go back as soon as possible to try out the selection of sandwiches as well. Cake me impressed.

Quirky little dig friendly tea room just off the town centre. Great selection of low cost light meals, home-made cakes and hot and cold drinks served by the welcoming owners
