Pizza Hut

Worst terrible pizza Of my whole life I ever had. Take out pizza order took almost 30 min even not busy and Only 2 customers were there. Need new management . These peoples don’t know what they are doing at all. All topping were totally burnt when I opened the box at home. Check the photo I uploaded that how onion is burnt. I’m very sure that the person who made my pizza definitely knew it is burnt

This place needs to be shut down. Seriously!! I can't rate any lower but I want to give -*. They are not concerned about making and delivering good quality pizza. Nor are they concerned about customer service. I will never order from this place again. Not sure why they continue to take orders online if they are not able to fulfill them. They are not prepared to give you a reason why your order takes over 2 hours to be delivered. They hang up the phone on you when you call to find out where is your order and that includes the corporate office. They hung up on me 3 times in one night as I questioned if I was still getting my pizza delivered (tracker showed on it's way for over 1 1/2 hours). One person told me to call back in the morning and find out what happened to my order. So I was supposed to wait all night, not eat dinner, and then wake up to track down my pizza?? This makes no sense. Then he hung up on me too. Their behavior goes way beyond "less than professional". I do not recommend ordering from this franchise if you expect to get your order. If they treat human beings like this, I can only imagine what they are doing to the food. Totally disgusting place - and that mainly describes the workers..

Pizza is always good to eat and I love pizza. But when I went to this one it was enough to make with the bad service that was given to me. That is why I have not been to this store for pizza for many months. Black woman was dumb enough to make a nasty face. Did not do as I ASK but called I wanted the higher manager on the phone. Also their pizza have gotten smaller than before and didn't get me a sauce with the pizza as the last time I was there. Other pizza places for me after that horrible person acting.

I ordered a couple of pizzas from this place and they didn't show up until 3 hours later after continuous calls to pizza hut I was assured that they would credit me the amount that I spent on my pizza by the manager Elizabeth, when I called she denied ever doing such thing making me feel like I was trying to scam her her even though she still had the same distinct accent. Needless to say I will never order from pizza hut ever again

I would give no stars if possible. The worst service. I ordered online for delivery, they were almost 2 hours late. The food was cold, and despite everything that was wrong... I still gave the driver a $3 tip. The funny thing is, the driver demanded for more tip! can you believe that? I gave you a tip because I know what delivery drivers go through on a daily basis. But, sheesh... 1st you were 2 hours late, my food was ice cold... and despite that fact I still gave you a tip and you demand more? Worst possible service ever.

This pizza hut is officially on my cross-out list. I have been a customer with this store since I was a little girl and my parents ordered. I placed an order online about an hour ago and then I received a call from the driver asking to come downstairs because he wasn't coming to the apt door. I explained I cannot because I have my newborn son with me and no one else is home and it also pouring outside. The guy said he wasn't coming up for "security reasons, the store doesn't allow apartment deliveries". Bull**** because I had pizza hut delivered two weeks ago and the delivery guy came up to my door with no issues. The delivery fee is $4 and you're not going to deliver to my door. Nope, I don't think so. If security reasons are really the reason you don't make apartment deliveries then you shouldn't be a delivery guy and if you're a wimp maybe you should carry pepper spray in your girly underwears. I'm definitely reporting this to the corporation and never ordering from this PH store again.

Absolutely terrible to order from. Ordered from this place twice and had the worst experiences each time. Waited about 2 hrs for our pizza when according to google maps we only live 19 mins away. Our order wasn't even complicated just 2 pizzas each time. We called after a half hour then after one hour and each damn time we got THE SAME RESPONSE that the driver "just left about 2 mins ago you should get it soon" how ?? How did the driver leave 2 mins before I called each time ?? How ?? Then they said that we lived "too far". Twice was enough. Never again.
