Friendly service. My mom got Southwest salad. It's usually her favorite. This one was nothing like her usual Boston Market Southwest salad. Odd. Food otherwise good.

Chicken was still tasty ... The other sides were still fine as well as their staple cornbread....

Bought wrong frozen turkey package online and pick up there ,thanks to the manager there let me cancel it on thanksgiving date ,and to exhchange the hot food right a way. Food and peoples there is very nice. Just there online orders need to be better. Thank you the manager there

Excellent healthy food and friendly service. Plus I lost wallet and honest Manager found my phone number call my house informed me he found my wallet at Boston Market. What a nice people they are.

The staff I regularly deal with are extremely friendly. I have nothing bad to say about Katy & Nick... they have always taken care of me. The food is delicious and their menus have been evolving with new sauces and sides.

Food was good. Service is fast and friendly. Only thing I don't like is their new premium 50 cents charge for traditional sides like creamed spinach and sweet potato. That's a turnoff for nickel and diming loyal patrons who have always gotten those sides without surcharges in the past.

Their chickens are small but they taste good with the seasoning they use. I often wish they have a larger side portion with a meal. The staff is mostly friendly and accommodating. They should come up with some different sides too. That's just personal preference though. I only have 4 stars because it's not a 5 star restaurant.

You can never go wrong with a meal from Boston. Market. You see the turkey, chicken or ribs rotisserie baking right in front of you. The portions are very generous and economically priced.
I have brought, many times, people from China, South America and Europe to have a lunch or dinner with me. Always delicious and fair priced. They enjoy their first time experience and often ask to go back.

Good place to get a full meal. Service is fast, takes about a couple minutes per customer, employees nice and polite. The sides they offer are always fresh as well as the chicken and turkey. I personally got the mixed vegetables and sweet potatoes. It is like having a home cooked meal on the go.

When the server took our order, he noticed my mom speaks Spanish which made her happy she could communicate her picky style of ordering without any issue and the food was freshly made which means we will return soon for dinner. The appearance of store needs to be updated and modernized because service and meals are great for the few customers I noticed come in.
