I’m a veteran with PTSD and I was served by a young man called Reuben while ordering my food today. He was extremely polite, respectful and professional. He made time to ask about my day and in my view this young man is a credit to Subway and the younger generation. A huge thanks to this young man for making my day….

I’m a Support Worker and have had lunch here twice now with our Service Users.. I particularly want to say a massive THANK YOU to a lovely young man called ARRON who went above and beyond to make our lunch an enjoyable one. He is a credit to that store and I look forward to visiting again… I especially love the Chicken and Bacon Wrap delicious..

Good value, good food freshly prepared. Lots of options to personalise your sub with salads and sauces etc. They have a good range of vegetarian options inc meatballs, vege patty, and now plant based chicken (haven't tried yet but will) Only thing to watch if you are vegetarian is that they change their gloves after handling meats which they don't always do unless you ask

This a ideal location for many reasons. They is an Asda close, additionally it’s attached to the shopping mall as the American would say. There is a variety on offer for everyone, there is also a bus station a stones throw away from the entrance. They way it’s designed is very funky and welcoming in order to spend your money. Reasonable prices and service is of high quality, no confusion of this cheaper than this when you buy this and that. The food was really good and warm, unlike some places where they have it cold.

I apologise sincerely to the man I complained to on the phone after my order was delivered tonight. I had misread the menu, had a few too many wines and was expecting the veggie delight to have a pattie. The food was exactly as described, delivery was fairly quick considering it was a Friday night and the man on the phone was incredibly calm and pleasant. Please please apologise to him for me if any staff read this. I feel super guilty! An apologetic customer.
