An average Costa Coffee. Interior is maybe a bit dated.

Not bad, a bit untidy but it was busy this was due to the Folkestone music and air festival happening and lots of people wanting to get themselves a Costa to keep them happy. Been here before and most likely will return as it's a Costa and the other half likes them. I do like the white hot chocolate and if it wasn't as hot today I would have had that.

A very poor experience. The second visit in a week and the dishwasher was still not working. No cups and saucers, only plastic knifes; paper bags as plates and no trays even to take drinks and food to the table. Asked for a small coffee, charged for a large, the loo had no loo paper and hadn't been checked for seemingly ages. The staff excuse was that they were under staffed. I won't be using this branch of Costa for the foreseeable future. I hope this is not a trend for the chain as a whole!

Coffee great, staff efficient and sweet treats very tasty. Loses a star as had no pumpkin spiced lattes left. Why do my favourite specialty coffees only appear in autumn and winter?! It's like special edition chocolates.

Had eaten in, very hot and lots of room got the hot ham and cheese toasted witha latte shame had nothing to eat ( knife or fork) with a very hot and grease toast so didn't enjoy as I thought I would.

We visit this store every Thursday and the service is excellent. Cameron (Cam) is a credit to this store and always greets people with a smile and a warm welcome. He also goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.
