It has everything you need, and the classes are good. Shame it closes at 6pm on a Saturday though.

Absolutely amazing sky walk experience for a long range age group today...they loved it...and can't recommend the man in charge enough...there with them the whole way through at wobbly times...and rapport at different age groups was fab xx ....thankyou

Well equipped gym and friendly staff. Has a real community feel. Lots to do for all different ages and abilities. Katy's yoga classes are amazing and are the main draw for me. Perfect even for beginners!

Nice facilities, good place to take the children for swimming. The changing rooms can be a little dirty sometimes but it is a good sports centre and the staff are lovely

Good old fashion sports centre with genuinely nice people... covid has charged the hierarchy a bit and left it worse off then.. but hopefully that will wear off in time .

Let down by Stour centre for a 5 a side indoor booking. This came Folkestone sports centre to the rescue, the indoor area is actually better here, staff are very quick to change over the court area from previous bookings eg badminton etc. You get a full hour as paid for. Plus it was £10 cheaper here for the booking compared to the stour centre.

I was uncertain about going back to the gym after the last 18 months, especially with covid cases on the rise again. But looking at the Trust's website I saw they were limiting numbers to 8 per 15 minute interval, with a maximum session time of one hour. The booking system shows how many slots were available and it was easy to see there were only a handful of sessions booked for early morning.
So I booked an early session and went with the intention of leaving if I felt it was unsafe. I found the gym had been expanded to provide more space between each piece of equipment, there was plenty of hand gel and disinfectant spray to wipe down the equipment and it was easy to have a workout and keep well clear of other members.
I've been 5 times in the last 10 days, each time early morning and each time numbers have been very low.
I have not looked at numbers at later times in the day, but I'm quite happy to continue going with the precautions that are in place

Folkestone's best kept secret. Top Quality Gym. Comprehensively equipped and staffed by a helpful, polite and happy team. If you want a 'Poser Free' training facility - This is IT. Big Thank you to the Management and staff (and to Personal trainer Martin Conway)

I don’t do much exercising myself but attended a blood.co.uk event. Well organised and good use of the venue considering lockdown restrictions
