We saw all these good reviews and thought we had to try an ice cream from this shop before we left Folkestone. If I could give this shop and the ladies a 10 star review I would. We went at 10am and they were closed, however the lady was still willing to serve us, we decided to go back when they were fully open at 12pm so we could have a good look at all the flavours. Even in the pouring rain these ladies were lovely to us and offered us tasters of their ice cream. I would 10/10 recommend coffee lovers to try the 'Gypsy Tart' one if they have it, it was rich and creamy and although on the expensive side I would definitely go back here if I visit Folkestone again.

Gypsy Tart, Ice cream, possibly the best Ice-cream, ever!! Says on the box tastes like brown sugar and cream, but in reality this is very creamy, sweet and figgy flavour explosion. All the ice- cream flavours are really good. Came at half term and my kids just love it, not cheap and worth making the pilgrimage for. Please keep making unique flavours, just love them.
