A great little ice cream shop, with particularly good allergen labelling and knowledge. We loved the (dairy and gluten free) grapefruit ice lolly, and went back later in the day for some very excellent gypsy tart ice cream (a welcome treat after a long cliff walk). That flavour is packaged in individual portions, which is ideal for me as I often can't eat ice cream served from large containers due to the risk of gluten contamination from any cones being used in previous orders. All in all, highly recommended.
Thank you for serving us even though you were just closing - we were delighted not to have missed out!

We saw all these good reviews and thought we had to try an ice cream from this shop before we left Folkestone. If I could give this shop and the ladies a 10 star review I would. We went at 10am and they were closed, however the lady was still willing to serve us, we decided to go back when they were fully open at 12pm so we could have a good look at all the flavours. Even in the pouring rain these ladies were lovely to us and offered us tasters of their ice cream. I would 10/10 recommend coffee lovers to try the 'Gypsy Tart' one if they have it, it was rich and creamy and although on the expensive side I would definitely go back here if I visit Folkestone again.

One of my favourite places. Right in Folkestone harbour. Lovely ice-cream. Nice coffee and tasty vegetarian toasties, which I don't usually have, but were very nice.

rather than use the ice cream van just off this road we chose here and glad we did ... Nice and clean with attentive staff and a large variety to choose from ... very reasonably priced as well

Gypsy Tart, Ice cream, possibly the best Ice-cream, ever!! Says on the box tastes like brown sugar and cream, but in reality this is very creamy, sweet and figgy flavour explosion.
All the ice- cream flavours are really good.
Came at half term and my kids just love it, not cheap and worth making the pilgrimage for.
Please keep making unique flavours, just love them.

Like others I can easily say the gypsy tart ice cream is the best ice cream I’ve ever eaten. Absolutely delicious- great texture, flavour, value! And I’ve eaten a lot of ice cream/ gelato all around Europe! If you’re in Folkestone then a little visit to this shop is a must.

Visit this place!!! We had Gypsy Tart, choco mint, rum and raisin ice cream and wish we went back again and try all their flavour!! They are full of flavour. The staff was very friendly and recommending flavours to us. If you have a sweet tooth, Gypsy Tart is a unique ice cream to try!!

We tried the Kentish gypsy tart ice cream. It was heavenly. Probably the best ice cream we have had. The lady was helpful and even offered a sample to try.
Will definitely be back next time we visit the area

Lovely selection of fresh ice cream and ice lollies. They use fresh fruits for the latter and they are not too sweet. There are vegan options for creamy flavours. All their packaging is recyclable too!
