The Tasting Rooms

The service is super friendly and attentive. They were very full and let us know there was a 30min wait in advance in case we didn't want to wait. They have a lovely wine selection which is fairly priced and thr food was fantastic. The restaurant itself had lovely dècor, but lost a star only because the music was a little loud for my liking. Otherwise, big 5 stars because the bar area is also dog friendly, so our well behaved dog could sleep his walk off while we enjoyed a lovely dinner. Lovely place, lovely staff, great food, will be back

We went for dinner yesterday. The location is fantastic right on the harbour arm and we sat inside, which is filled with fairy lights. The restaurant has a lovely quirky atmosphere and the music playlist is superb. We had 3 courses and all the food was good. We particularly enjoyed the baked cod and beef bourguignon. Our baked Camembert came out a little hard but it was no trouble when we sent it back and it came back lovely and soft. A highly enjoyable trip, with great service too. A highlight of our Folkestone trip. Would recommend and come back again. Thank you to all the staff.
