Long-established Indian restaurant on the northern side of Formby. Very friendly service. Comprehensive Bangladeshi-style menu, well cooked and presented. Decor modern and well-maintained. Prices moderate.

After a long day at the Formby beach with family, friends and kids we were in search of a good halal restaurant nearby. We are glad we rang up here and booked a table. A modest sized, clean restaurant where 12 of us sat comfortably. All the staff were polite and dealt with every request. The food was of very high quality and catered exactly to our liking. Everyone enjoyed their meals, especially the garlic king prawn starter and the chicken saag were outstanding. Prices were fair too. We will definitely return on our next visit.

Have visited several times, although would not describe ourselves as regulars. Have never been disappointed. Linen cloths and napkins and an overall impression of care and cleanliness set you up for well cooked and presented food served promptly. If my other half was fonder of spicy food we would be here more frequently.

A lovely meal, quality ingredients and freshly prepared. It was very quiet but midweek tends to be that way. The staff were attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The prices are reasonable and worth it for the standard of food.
