Very clean, and excellent smiling friendly staff! Highly recommend a visit here, lunch is reasonably priced compared to the local restaurants.

This is a very busy Costa set in a very busy small, famous town of Fort William. The service was very friendly and the young lady who served us appeared to have good language skills. Our buns and coffee were delicious.

Went there for toilet,lol. The staffs were beautiful. The souvenir store was right next to it, giving me a good deal for cashmere scarfs.

Called into Costa this week, pleased things slowly getting back to normal
Excellent as always, great coffee served by a lady called Bianca I think, very polite and helpful and followed all the covid rules

Comfy, spacious cafe with a range of seating and some plug sockets! The staff are lovely and efficient. The coffee /drinks and food are good quality like all the Costa cafes.

I always prefer a Costa coffee rather than a Starbucks. The coffee always seems to be much nicer, more mellow, not such a harsh taste to it. They do tend to be always busy but always have enough staff to cover the rush.
The cakes etc they offer are always good, I always go for a tiffin cake, they are my favorite and I think they are particularly tasty from Costa. I would have given them 5 stars if the price was lower.

They opened a bit early and make a huge cappuccino for us. So glad there are some places that cater to early risers. One thing I have noticed in Scotland so far is many places don't get going until 9 or 10am. Usually by then I have already been up for four hours!

I call in here once or twice a week, wether busy or quiet, I'm always greeted with a smile. Very friendly and helpful staff, managers and staff alike helping disabled and non disabled customers even when extremely rushed off their feet. I hold my hat up to the staff in fort william high st costa, they do a fantastic job under continuous pressure. Kate oakes, and I will visit again regularly.

A great place for coffee, breakfast, lunch or a quick snack. Lots of variety, clean facilities, friendly staff. It's a little like a Starbucks but with a larger selection of food items.
