They sold out of halloween kiddies plushies! Books are not adequate replacements!! Otherwise quite good.

Did an online order for collection, I'm glad I did as when I arrived the place was heaving. But give the staff their due, they were quick to get though the orders, my order was correct and the food was hot. It's Maccy D's, we all know what to expect. Staff were constantly clearing tables and tidying up. They even offered to clear my rubbish once I had finished.

But my kids love it as a treat and the Frome one is fine. Sensible parking and local.

Twas ok, only grumble was the double bacon egg mcmuffin which wasn't as described, it was a single bit of bacon folded twice 😳 manager told it was a double until he actually looked at it, then got a proper double replacement 😁

Staff was professional and kind,burger taste good and love the fries as always.
Toilets were clean and tidy

Usual McDonald's food and drinks. Quite busy at times. Has self order screens. Reasonable size car park. If no spaces, there's always room on the adjacent car park for other stores.

Picked up a drive-through on a few occasions always had good food, this Monday 17th approx 7:30 am met a great guy on the mic and then till very cheerful and polite keep up the good work. The breakfast I had at the same time was probably the best I have had in McDs

They were open whilst othets were not. Therefore they were the best available at the time. Others may be open later so my opinion may change.

I had to make a pit stop for food and McDonalds was on route. I was drawn in by an advert for the limited edition Double Big Mac and was pleased with the result. The burger, fresh, hot and a great quick bite to grab. I was pleased with my choice and the rapid service got me back on road in good time.

I visited the store on the last day of Glastonbury festival, which must be the store’s busiest day of the year. Despite this, the food was the best quality I’ve had at a McDonald’s restaurant and came out in rapid time. The staff were helpful, polite and very efficient and the cleanliness of the restaurant was to a very high standard. My friends and I were extremely impressed by the team and the store. Please send them all a huge thanks, they literally deserve medals for today.
Cherol, was looking after the floor area. She was extremely efficient at keeping the tables clear and was lovely to everyone.
There was also a man working behind the counter I didn’t get the name of. He was aged roughly mid 20s, short brown hair and a strong Somerset accent. This guy was the fastest McDonald’s worker I’ve ever seen. So focused and moved extremely quickly.
There was also a petite girl with blonde hair who was behind the counter. She was happy to assist with additional condiments and brought a lovely smile to the restaurant.
These are the staff members who I interacted with. But send a massive thanks to the whole team who were clearly working like crazy and still having smiles on their faces.
Big up to you all, the Glastonbury goers love you!
