Thoroughly enjoyable meal for all four of us and not all eating the same. Only place I’ll order a steak. Unfortunately what did spoil our enjoyment was that we were cold and the food soon went cold. Could be my fault for asking for a quiet area?

First time visiting a Miller and Carter, not disappointed. The Chefs recommended 8oz ribeye was a great choice. Good service with friendly staff.

Our overall experience of our visit was wonderful, however we did have to wait for someone to come great us at at door and seat us a little longer then expected, and was ignored by the gentleman on the bar, would have been nice to have been spoken to and informed someone would be with us in a moment instead of looking at us and ignoring us.
Once seated our server was fantastic very friendly and attentive, most definitely a credit to Miller & Carter.
The food came out very well presented and hot.

Our visit to Miller and Carter was lovely. We had a starter, main and dessert. Everything was cooked really nicely and the steaks are exceptional. We had a sharing platter of desserts, which was beautiful and plenty for each of us. We thought this was a really good idea. The choice on the menu is extensive and the prices are reasonable. Our waitress, Teri, was very helpful and attentive without being overly fussy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit today. Unfortunately there was a burst water pipe which had caused the cellar to flood, therefore, drinks were very limited. But it didn’t spoil our afternoon at all.

Booked as a family treat, service (Sarah) was excellent. Food was great, would have been 5* but the lamb was tough & very gristly. Fair play to Miller & Carter they took the lamb off the bill without a quibble. Steaks were great as were the fish & vegetarian dishes. Really enjoyable evening & would definitely recommend the butcher’s Block

Enjoyed a lovely lunch at Miller and Carter Garforth. Excellent menu choice and food was delicious. Really good value lunch menu is offered in addition to the main menu. Extra shout out to our server today, Piers, who was really friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

The food was very nice, I am not a steak person so I had a burger, very well cooked and was one of the best burgers I've had for a while, staff were nice and the atmosphere was ambient, nice internal aesthetic of the building, would recommend for most events or dates, slightly expensive but is reflected in the quality of food.
