Buffet King At Metro

We were a family of 7 . 5 adults a 2 children . The adults in the group kept going back for more. The bairns 3 and 18mnths had a great time trying bits The noodles and soup a particular favourite with them . I was off my food game and only had a couple spare ribs and a late of salad . Bit what I didn't eat the children certainly made up for. Plenty room for wheelchair users and they ask you park your prams outside . The staff were unobtrusive ( I like that ) . Place was clean and tidy . The food was hot. We went through the day , there was a variety of food including seafood ,vegetarian, the usual ice cream jelly pineapple and banana fritters.

The food is surprisingly good. I was expecting cheap quality for such price tags. However, I've been proven wrong. I would ignore those unintelligent low rating comments on how food was left to sit for a long time. It is a buffet. I don't know what they expect. Staff are very polite and friendly. I'd definitely visit again. Thank you for everyone's hard work.

Reading the reviews before going we were a bit apprenticeship but they could not have been further from reality. 12 of us have just had the dinnertime menu and everyone has came away saying the same thing, how people can give this place a 1-star is beyond us. I'd recommend it to friends and id come back again.

Nice food and as much as you can eat at a reasonable price. It's a help yourself buffet so it was a bit manic and crowded but very enjoyable all round. Some of the western dishes (hash browns, chicken nuggets, plain chips, etc) weren't great, however that's not what you come for at a place like this and the Oriental dishes were lovely, fresh, hot and tasty so exactly what you'd want. My only real critique would be they could do with more prawn dishes and the only one that they did have were cooked in full shells so a bit of a hassle to eat, but other than that would definitely recommend :-)
