I actually ordered my take away from the wrong store in error. When I arrived at Gateshead, the chap who served me was so kind, found an additional discount for me and got my order ready straight away. I rang the store that I'd ordered them from to let them know I wouldn't be coming to collect and the guy there refunded me which I'd totally not expected. The pizzas are delicious anyway but it's customer service like this which means I'll not be going anywhere else when I want pizza.

First time I've ever been to Papa John's and it certainly won't be my last. The pizza was amazing. I went to collect and the staff were really nice and down to earth. Absolutely cracking service. Will most certainly be coming back. Credit where credit is due..this place was spot on.

Absolutely superb service! I made a mistake (my own fault) by supplying an incorrect delivery address and the staff and delivery driver were beyond helpful and so kind about the situation.
The quality of food is amazing too.

Great customer service. Excellent work guys. Keep it up. They also offer non cheese pizza 🍕 options. You can also track the preparation of the pizza when you order online. We just love these guys.

Never had pizza from there, but really surprised, the vegan options were very nice and pizza tasty. Food was delivered quickly and driver followed covid-19 rules. Definitely will order again.

Some of the best vegan pizza I've came across. And definitely the best vegan pizza to get to get for delivery in the Newcastle/Gateshead area. The vegan cheese tastes so much like real cheese I wouldn't be suprised if this ended up being the standard cheese they use on all of their pizzas in a few years time. New vegan hot dog meat is also very tasty and the new 2 goals have price pizza promotion is a great deal of your football team does well. Please keep brining out new vegan food, as it always seems to hit the spot! Staff are always super helpful if extra assistance is needed. Will always be my go to for a vegan pizza takeaway!
