Small outlet when comparing to the other KFCs in the country. But truly crispy chicken. I received perfectly coated fresh & juicy chicken. Customer service is really good. They are very helpful and supportive. I received my order within minutes. Recommended place to visit.
Nice fast food located centrally in Gillingham. Most of the time it's busy and it's difficult to find a parking space but the food is delivered fast and tasty.

It's kfc. Not sure if I can say anything more about it to be honest. They do not have parking though so you need to park on the yellow line and pray that you don't get a ticket. That being said, it's super fast when you order with the app so you simply pick up when you arrive. It's my favorite branch in Medway. And they resolve issues quickly.

Food was good and hot. Service was efficient but your surrounded by couriers all jostling to get there orders and it becomes stupid. Parking can also be terrible
In the last 2 months I got food from this Kfc several times, it was good and nothing was missing. I know that sounds like a minimum requirement for a business like this but after trying the Strood and the Chatham Dockside ones I am now just hoping for decency. Staff are ( mostly) welcoming and helpful. Food is good.
First time trying there hot wings, liked the taste, delicious. The coating is so crispy and the chicken inside was juicy and tender with best consistency of mixing the flavours. Highly recommending. Good appetiser.

I always go inside as I have no mayo and you can't not select it online, foods good, I don't eat in I take it home just prefer that very friendly staff
On this occasion it was good. Made order on deliveroo and there is no option to choose what piece of chicken you want with the box meal. So I called the store and the girl on the phone was really friendly and polite and said she would make sure I get that piece of chicken in my box meal.
Food came relatively quick and the piece of chicken I requested was there. The box was put together well, in the past other stores they've shoved everything in and you can tell.
definitely think weekday orders are better for takeouts in general, that's common sense and why I rarely order on weekends from delivery.
