Myself and 10 friends came for karaoke and drinks here this weekend just gone. We were greeted at the door by the manageress who took us up to our room and got us settled. She continued to look after us throughout the night, taking and delivering our drinks order personally. It was evident the venue was exceedingly busy however the manageress made us feel like a priority consistentoy, joking with us and checking back every so often (not having to queue for our drinks made my wife and her friends feel like a priority, one which she greatly appreciated!). The manageress's attitude was nothing short of a delight, she was welcoming, friendly and warm. We will definitely be returning.

We came as a group of 10 on Sat 7th for the Gals Day Out for my friends Hen Party. The Venue was lovely and all the staff were great and nothing was an issue. We had someone turn up late and the staff made sure to sort her food and drinks out when she arrived. We had someone in our group who doesn't drink and they organised non alcoholic beers and cocktails to replace the drinks that were included. We all opted for the pancakes as part of the brunch and were really impressed at how nice they were. The show it's self was great fun with a good mix of performances and interaction from the drag queens and show girl and the butler in the buff was great too interacting with everyone. The only thing I that was out of place was a few of the toilets lights were out and a few other small issues in the toilet, soap dispensers didn't work and replacement dispensers didn't work so was hard to get soap out the bottle. Over all we had a great day and would not hesitate to come back for future events. In saying that the Hen of the party actually won a voucher to return for a future Gals Day Out which was brilliant too. If you get the opportunity to go then please do so as you won't be disappointed.

Came up all the way from Liverpool and couldn’t get enough of this place. Staff were extremely friendly and service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back to visit!
