Hi, We went there after a long walk in Glennifer Braes. We were all ready for our lunch. The Inn had been recommended as a place to have fiss. h finger burgers... all those who had it said it lived up to its reputation. The mushroom toastada was lovely and presented well. THe genral decor was themed around the highland cows... which made interesting talking point. I would recommend it as the staff were willing to go that slightly extra mile to accommodate dietry needs & request. Definitely recommend it.

Had a family reunion here and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was top-notch and took amazing care of us. We went back a few days later for dinner, and again, it was excellent. Do yourself a favor and stop by here when you're in Barrhead

Long time since I've been here. Food was lovely, freshly cooked. Dessert was worth not having a starter for. £15 for 2 courses is good value. Will be again and won't wait so long to go back.

Popped in for pub lunch today. A wee trip down memory lane for us....we frequented The Stobbs in the 80's. Lunch was....
Lentil soup with bread and butter.
Garlic creamy mushrooms on crusty bread.
2 hand made beef burgers, bacon, cheese, fries, salad......

Jonathan served us. Pleasant and chatty with his customers. Service was quick and food was hot, tasty and plentiful. Thanks chef!!
When we're on the area again, we'll be back. Pet friendly....parking on the street. There was a car park across from it......way back in the 80's......can't believe that was 40 years ago!! Love the atmosphere, that's still the same. I wonder if it's still owned by the Galbraith family....I remember the name Jimmy. Lovely time we had.

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting for food and drink recently. Extremely friendly welcome, very attentive staff and bearing in mind they were operating their Social Distancing measures we felt very safe and comfortable in the beer garden. We both ordered fish and chips and it was the best fish and chips we have had the pleasure of tasting for a long time. Hopefully we will be back soon.
