This is a bigger Starbucks than you will normally find. The entry level, just off the Royal Mile, has the drink and food counters. Upstairs is a really big, well lit, seating area, where you can enjoy your caffeine. The seating does tend to fill up during the breakfast and lunch rush hours.
The coffee great , the staff are lovely.
The toilet situation is needing sorted out. 4 tiny cubicles in a locked door downstairs for both men and women to share. Just not good at all. Very uncomfortable, confined and to be frank; stinking.
I went there back in 15th November of last year. The place felt great to have a coffee. Wonderful to spend quality time with some drink and snack. The store was aloof as it was closing at the time we visited.

Worst starbucks ever. Empty and you still wait forever! - this place is just getting worse and worse some (not all) of the staff are absolutely terrible - unlike any starbucks ive been in honestly i just wont be returning
It’s okay, at least they’ve got some outside seating, unfortunately they closed my favourite Starbucks in Glasgow.
Sit upstairs because it's got aircon. Downstairs is the temperature I imagine hell to be. Usual selection of pretentious overpriced cakes and coffee. If you're a fan of Starbucks you won't be disappointed. It's EXACTLY like all the others. The best thing about it was the view.
