Papa Ali

I'm anaphylactic to Palm oil and not had a take away for 5 yrs since diagnosis. I had a yearning for an Indian curry and explained to manager. He went over and above to help me,asking chef's for ingredients, checking packaging ingredients on oil etc...turns out I couldnt have a curry due to the dreaded Palm being in most stuff cooked with the oil!! He made me up a beautiful kebab with a palm free pitta bread and as much meat as a family of 4 could eat! Even suggested if I brought my own oil in He would make me a curry!! Now that's what u call service!! THANK YOU PAPA ALI!! I'LL BE BACK!!

I ordered the Tandoori Mix Main Meal, the chicken was so tasty, the lamb was delicious, the sauce had a gorgeous taste, I also ordered a korma sauce it was everythingggg… the naan bread was so soft and fresh, I asked for a garlic naan, they delivered with rice and salad which tasted of fresh lemon and lime with fresh herbs. It was totally worth the money and a large portion, enough easily for guests. Will definitely only be ordering from here from now on. Ps surname is Packer don’t know why it says McCullagh

You’ll not find a better fast food place in Glasgow fact. Food always pipes hot and tasty, any issues will be resolved right away, guy on the till is a credit to papa Ali he’s what makes the restaurant tick up most respect to the guy any time you go in he works like a mad man, always most welcoming too 10/10 for that man, keep up the good work lads
