I visited Costa Auldhouse on the afternoon of New Years eve. The two members of staff on duty dealt brilliantly with the long queue of customers. They dealt with all the different orders and cleared the tables. Two other members of staff then arrived to help out. Coffee was excellent as always.
Tables needed a good wipe down and cleared. The girl who served me was really rude because they didn't have maple syrup but that's all the menu had advertised so when I asked what other syrup they had she seemed really annoyed by that …
A retail park coffee shop. Probably only busy because there's nothing else there. Coffee is the usual costa overpriced, rubbish. Tables could do with a wipe. Staff are friendly. If there were better I woundn't use it.
love going to this Costa every single one of the staff are lovely. Always great to see Elizabeth and Anwin how are always so welcoming and hardworking!
Emma who served me was very attentive polite great ambassador to the brand and highly customer eccentric made it a pleasure to come in this branch to be greeted by great warmly staff
Honestly the worst Flat White I've ever had. Nothing better than hot milk filled to the brim of the takeaway cup. Zero consistency and it was spilling everywhere as I picked it up off the counter. I'll give this Costa a miss from now on. Staff not the friendliest either.
