Appallingly badly maintained and dirty eating place, the worst I've ever encountered. Complained to McDonald's centralised feedback service, who responded very quickly and were clearly apologetic; have been offered free meal deal as part compensation.
The coke tastes like olives, i asked for ketchup because i didnt recieve any and they tried to charge me 5p for it i almost choked from how stale the fries were thanks a lot
Needs a good shakeup. Ordering screens freezing up between pages, so you don't know if it has taken your order or not. Staff wandering about chatting instead of cooking. Stood watching the fryers and they didn't even put the hash browns into the oil until 8 minutes after the coffee was put on the tray.
