Great service but staff could have a better attitude towards customers. Where one staff member said you have to ask before scanning the app. We're as all other Greggs stores ask if you have the greggs app downloaded. But this store staff had an attitude towards a customer..

I was in Greggs at lunch time for a steakbake & coffee because I had to wait 15 mins my money was refunded to me I could not.beleive it ,now that was wonderful
I said no to the assistant but she said it was Greggs policy not to keep people waiting
