I have been told by some folk I am a bit of a food snob, which I have always thought was something of a compliment! In all seriousness I simply appreciate good food, but it doesn't have to be a three hundred pound Michelin-starred experience, I can recognise the quality of a cup of tea and a slice of cake from the local tea room, or a full Scottish at the cafe across the road from the office. When it comes to burgers, an area we at SFR are quite familiar with, I like a good quality burger, decent toppings at a sensible price. We also love local businesses and try and steer clear of the larger chains. It will therefore come as no surprise when I say that McDonald's isn't somewhere I thought I'd ever review.
Went in here today and was very impressed. It was during lunch and there were a number of kids from St Paul's RC high school. While most of the kids were fine, three boys caused a lot of trouble, culminating in them ramming a trolley into the front doors. The staff handled it fantastically. A young lady also took ill while we were there and the staff looked after her well. The place was also very clean and service was quick.
Was in about a week ago and the service was amazing 2 staff members in particular cleaned our table and gave my wee brother crayons and a picture to draw on and asked if we needed anything else I don’t know there names but one had ginger hair and the other boy had dark hair with a beard they couldn’t be more nicer
I left my bag in silverburn mcdonalds.there wasnt anything expensive but Cathy took care of it. Cathy you are a star...
Lovely service
I came here for a quick burger, a cold drink and maybe a wee donut or something to sweetens the deal.
I left with all of the above and more.
I lifted some napkins to keep in the glove compartment of my car so that if there are spillages I can wipe it with ease.
Thanks Ronald, yer a fast food legend and I will most definitely be returning to one of your fine dining establishments and my nearest convenience to try another of these burgers.

Place was very crowded and loud but the food was nice and the service could be better
Plenty of room for disabled to sit and move around tables . Chairs with arm rests brilliant
Overall a good experience.
Your typical McDonald's, what you expect is there and nothing to hate about McDonald's as it gives a good bang for your buck when you want a quick bite.
Honestly they have yet to get my order correct 🤦🏼♀️ always tastes great, just not what I ordered 😂😂
It's mac d's need anyone say more.. Fast food. Tasty but not very healthy... Hole filling grub
it Is a friendly place the staff are very attending keep the place very clean and use antibacterial sprays there is lots of room to sit masks are provided the food is very good you can take your time to enjoy eating I am very happy with McDonald's I would come back again well done to all the staff☺
