Beautiful Buns

I joined the practice a couple of years ago after a disagreement with my last GP who refused to help me and prescribe medication or refer me to the hospital. It was honestly the best thing they could have done as i have not regretted joining the practice. I have seen some of the negative reviews but i can only go by my experience at the practice. I understand that it is now difficult to get an appointment but this is largely due to the fact that there are so many people requiring appointments that the Doctors are having to decide who really needs to be seen and who can be dealt with on the phone. Whilst this is not ideal for everyone i totally understand that the appointments are being given to the people who most need them. I have found all of the staff to be professional and friendly and whenever i have had a problem they have been happy to help me sort it out. People are saying that they are going to leave and go to another practice and if you are not happy then this is your choice but they need to understand that most GP practices are the same at this present time as they are all struggling with demand. Even with the fact i may have to have phone appointments at present i am still happy i joined the practice and would not leave to go anywhere else as i like the fact i am treated as a person here and not just another patient. So please be patient with the staff as they are doing their best in difficult times and just think how you would feel if someone was being rude or abusive to you on the phone.

I have always fround the reception staff particurarly helpful and go above and beyond to assist in whatever area they can, especially over this last while when things have not been easy for them to say the least. I personally cant thank them enough, they always give a professional and courteous service no matter how busy they are. My dealings with the Doctor's, particularly Dr. FINDLEY, has been more than exceptional, again given the pressure all the staff have had to work with. IN conclusion I am more than happy to be a patient of this Medical Practice and will continue to be so I have no complaints whatsoever.

I love this practice. I joined in 2017 when we moved to Paisley due to my husband's illness and because our daughter lives here. The doctors couldn't do enough for Alan and they have been wonderful to me as well Reception staff are great. I would go as far as to say that Rhona is excellent. I find her very efficient, understanding and she has a great sense of humour. I have never been to a better practice.

Been a patient here for years. Nice friendly staff, knowledgeable health professionals and special clinics run eg.baby clinic, drop in flu jab at certain times. Nice surgery, good website which allows you to order prescriptions etc. Best thing is you call at 8.30am to make a doctor's appointment for that day, no waiting weeks to see a doctor.

Known dr rae and dr brydie and some of the nurses before they moved to loanend and the surgery became anchor mill when they was the old surgery at incle street surgery in incle street they was great then and still are great all the old reception staff from the old surgery was cold and unwelcoming but i have found most of the reception staff hear to be great esp debbie who has now retired hope she's doing well as well as rohana, caroline, susan all great staff and always give u a great friendly welcome to surgery and always asking how you are when they haven't seen you in a wile but sadly there is one older female receptionist who is less friendly try be friendly by asking how she is and just get icnored and sadly there new phone appointments system is extremely poor as it takes forever to get through and when you do they only have 2 drs who work full time the others are only part time shocking as there is never enough appointments to see or speak to a dr or nurses this would not have happened in the old surgery where they had lots of drs all working monday to friday and lots of appointments available and the surgery pharmacist is great really helpful and very friendly but honestly they need more full time drs working in the surgery and more appointments as well and a far better phone system and the limited time the prescription line is open is shocking as sadly a lot of people work and can't get the time to call between its short opening times would be better if it went back to the way it was the old prescription line was far more effective and patient friendly
