Went today for Sunday lunch, there were 5 of us, I have dietary requirements and Kit made me a special meal, which was lovely! My husband was ecstatic at the steak special (3 different steaks, perfect for a carnivore) I highly recommend this place and will definitely go again

We have eaten here 4 or 5 times and our son chose it for a birthday meal. The staff are always accommodating, friendly and helpful. They are happy to tailor the food to your tastes and on this visit they recreated a cocktail that I had had previously even though they were not serving cocktails that evening. Specials change weekly. Our "burgers" although actually steak rather than mince were absolutely delicious.
The only downside is that it is small so it can very quickly fill up and booking is advisable.

Booked a table for the family for Easter Sunday and we were all impressed. Between us all we had the Easter burger, roast dinner and steak and had no complaints.. we even got extra fries! The staff were very nice and the gluten-free options for myself were also impressive and I felt reassured I could eat there. Thanks again!

This is a small bar and restaurant, with a warm and comforting atmosphere. Not so small that you can't have a private conversation, but small enough that the two welcoming guys serving and cooking are able to be efficient and attentive to everyone. The small size means they also have the flexibility to try new things every week. We attended the carnivore night and had 4 unusual meats, each prepared differently to enhance their unique qualities. Delicious, and fantastic value also, we'll be returning soon.

Small stylish setting but not many seats so is a gamble if you want to sit down for food. It is worth it though as the food here is delicious, especially the hot wings! You can get 3 dishes for £15 and portions are decent, so it is a bargain. The only thing not making it a 5 star is that there's not much beer choice on draught
