Food wasn't as good as I'd expect... two smashed glasses by staff in the space of 2/3 minutes... Long delays on ordering drinks... Would've expected better...

Delicious food, very good with Gluten free, Sam was a wonderful waitress and very attentive. Whole staff were very willing to help and very very good at reassuring us coeliacs about gluten free food. Could not recommend enough for a lovely gluten free pizza & dough balls experience!

We were served today by Sam. By far the best service we have ever had. The food was also amazing, compliments to the chef. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam and the team at Gloucester Quays :)

Good stop for a lunch for eight, including three small children. Staff were helpful and didn't mind the strange requests for the children.
The place was clean and airy with an open feel making it nice to sit in and eat.

Had a great time in pizza express. We were a party of 11 that arrived at different times, Kris was ready to take our drinks order as we arrived before taking our food orders. Food was delicious, tasty and hot. We were here for a few hours and Kris made sure that we had everything we needed, not an easy job with a larger table.

Alisha was quality helped us through all the tack on the app , the food was delicious and the dough witch was given to us through the app. Alisha’s customer was 10/10 if you get a server as good as this would like to know as no one can do better the small talk she can make with us was incredible. Had a nice lunch/dinner today. Kris our server was very friendly and helpful, which made our experience positive from the start. Great food and the presentation was really good as well. Will definitely be coming back!

The food and service was excellent. The only reason I’ve dropped a star is because I ordered a calzone without cheese, I really don’t like cheese, when it arrived it was covered in Parmesan. It was sorted really quickly and I got a discount as well.

We have had such a lovely time in Gloucester's Pizza Express tonight, the staff have been amazing and so so friendly. Not only were the staff brilliant but the food and atmosphere were also really good. The lighting in this restaurant is absolutely spot on and added to the relaxed atmosphere. When we visit Gloucester again we will definitely visit this Pizza Express and look forward to it. The staff have definitely made this place as good as it is.....5 stars......Support places that make the extra effort to make your experience special....!
