Akhi Indian Restaurant

Sat in the restaurant for a meal Thursday and everything was excellent. We then ended up ordering a takeaway from here tonight (as nowhere else seems to deliver to cartmel) and so glad we did, it was absolutely amazing and delivery was 30 mins earlier than expected too. Would defo recommend if you are in the area.

Called in here with my wife for a Saturday evening meal as we was staying in grange over sands , We was pleasantly surprised by the flavour of the food , if your staying in the area this restaurant is a must , It was amazing, we are usually disappointed when we out nowadays, It was the best curry we have had in a long time, Well done guys 👍

Akhi is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to this place was amazing amd the food was extraordinary but the main thing that stood out to me was the service the owner was so kind and gave us a generous discount. The only thing I would say is less tables but most people tend to take out so its not much of an issue. 💯 my most favourite restaurant

Had a lovely meal hear this evening, so welcoming, food delicious, pleasant service. No alcohol licence- not a problem took our own with no service charge and glasses supplied. Owner is a super nice guy with nothing a problem. We only in Grange over Sands for 4 days and what a find - peace, quiet and a beautiful Morcambe Bay. Try it .

Ordered a takeaway for 7 people in the afternoon for a 9pm delivery in Flookborough - everything went smoothly - quality of food was excellent and one of the group (who is partial to a Biryani) said it was the best he’d ever had - will definitely be dining in next time we are up - well done - excellent food

we were staying in a house in allithwaite earlier this month and ordered meals for 16 people. they allowed us to pay with card upon the foods arrival and all the food arrived hot and delicious! we spoke over the phone and the gentleman who answered was so incredibly helpful and everything was so perfect- he helped us with the dietary requirements of our group (6 vegans) and the food was delivered super fast to say it was such a large order. if we ever come to grange over sands again we will be sure to visit!!! thankyou so much! x

My girlfriend and I ate at Akhi's on a Friday night, great atmosphere and the members of staff were very welcoming and both of us believe the food was very good, cooked to perfection the spices were brilliant and you could tell by tasting the food it was all fresh. I went for the royal platter 10/10 my girlfriend ordered the vegetable balti, the portions were fantastic and the flavours outrageous. We also tried the Peshwari Naan bread, which was also amazing. When we're next in Grange-over-sands we will definitely be visiting Akhi's again.
