Front of house staff were very helpful and professional, bar/kitchen members very good too. Meals were very nice and tasty, unfortunately one of the meals did not match up to expectations and was not as described on the menu, however apart from the wilted and brown leafy lettuce it was on the whole ok. We booked in for 12.30 and arrived at 12.10 ish for drinks, we ordered around 12.25 (three roasts and a salam salad, we waited for the roast dinners until our party member received her salad, unfortunately this took a very long time to arrive about 30 minutes, we then collected our carverys and all eat together, very nice. At around 13.30 we ordered desserts, two Sundays and a crumble and unfortunately again these took a very long time to arrive at about 25 mins, the table next to us recieving their desserts a few moments before for us, we had ordered before them and a little joke about this was exchanged with them. All in all this was a pleasant meal and we will call again to try other meals from the menu.

Cannot fault food even though the order was wrong and took an hour the manager rectified and gave us a large bowl of scampi. Staff were very friendly however very slow apparently they were short staffed and a lovely girl was in training. When we arrived there was an altercation which wasnt very pleasant and left an awkward atmosphere. I would go back again as it was obvious a hiccup and tge food was lovely.

We had my 60th birthday yesterday in the conservatory with silver buffet it was brilliant was seen by Sue when we arrived to decorate a little before guest came. When we were ready for food to start they were on promptly even accommodating extras thank team great memories made. Thank you Nina setting up booking and sue for keeping me informed when forgot to leave no for correspondence she knows me so well to miss important detail. Thank you all front and back of house 👏
