On the way to skegvegas our holiday starts at this chippy, even our kids opt to eat here instead of Maccy D's, this should tell you something!... Have to wait but worth it, batter crispy, amazing chips n curry sauce, and use their own secret recipe vinegar.

The owner asked me to let him know how the food was, well it was tasty! Nice chips, fish was fresh and the curry sauce is a cut above! Well done, especially as everything was cooked fresh to order (maybe because it was Sunday evening). Will come back.

Amazing food. Ordered for 6 of us. Chips were the best we’ve had in a long time. All freshly cooked and while we were waiting were given complimentary chips and some curry sauce.
Shame we live down south ( knocks spots of our local chippy) and only up this way a few times a year. Will definitely return.

Ordered a normal portion of chips from here, the portion size we ordered was smaller than we expected, it was only enough to feed say 1.5 people when there was 3 adults sharing between.

Dropped in on Sunday at 2pm and the new owner was alone but still engaged with us and got our orders in good time, freshly cooked. Our 7 year old asked for the recipe to the homemade curry sauce and loved his cod and chips.

Apparently just taken over as a family business. Excellent food service and atmosphere. We were a party of 9 and they did brilliantly to accommodate us. We will certainly be visiting again. Good luck on your new venture.
