The Box Tree Bistro

Made a very late booking here and Matt was very accommodating to ensure we could arrive and book in late the same day. Room was perfect, clean, quiet and included everything we needed (decent quality towels can't be overlooked!). The included breakfast was also excellent, fruit salad, poached egg on toast and a full English. Parking also included.

Great 2 night business stay, The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable Car park was straight across the road, the restaurant serves excellent food in a morning and evening (the cheese soufflé………wow) The hosts are so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend for business and leisure Thankyou very much

Check in was good Room was nice The reason I give it 4stars is no blind in bathroom Although a frosted window but when the light was on and you was In the shower opposite accommodation could see you Breakfast we felt let down we could hear the waitress offering everyone else, extra toast , tea & coffee, black pudding but we never got asked Shame as it took a shine off the whole experience hence a one star Otherwise overall very good

We used the restaurant last night and OMG! This restaurant needs to be transported with the staff to London West End, from the first phone call to book to the leaving moments it was superb, this has to be one of Great Yarmouth's best kept secrets. I would even consider driving up from London for a meal. This experience should be Michelin star rated... Apply !!

Came here for a lovely Sunday lunch on the 07/01/24. Recently refurbished restaurant - had such a lovely vibe to it. Staff couldn't do enough for you and were friendly and went that little but extra for you. Great food - all cooked well, great portion sizes and tasted beautiful. Will definately come here again!!

We went to the Box Tree Bistro for my partner’s work Christmas party last night and we had a brilliant time. The food was incredible (both the Turkey and the pumpkin gnocchi) and the strawberry daiquiri was delicious. The interior is beautifully designed, feeling cosy and tasteful. The star of this place is the staff though. The staff were brilliant, I can’t fault them. They served all food to the large group promptly and without issue, always there with a smile on their face. They were friendly, helpful and were key in creating a brilliant night. Highly recommend a visit here!

From the moment we entered the hotel, it was perfect. A warm and professional welcome, opulent furnishings, spotlessly clean. Dan, Simon and the team work very hard to make you feel special. Our room was fabulous as was the dinner at The Box Tree. The steaks were perfectly cooked. Breakfast the next day was faultless too. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed for one night with bed and breakfast. We were on the first floor, the staff took our bags to our room which was a great touch. We had free parking on the side of the hotel. The breakfast was till 11am and same as checkout. We were able to extend our parking for the day by just asking the staff. Lovely breakfast, I had a cheese and ham croissant and my partner had a veg breakfast. We sat outside which you can see the beach from our seats.
