This is a nice cosy restaurant with good quality seafood. My favourite dish was the wild sea bass sashimi, it was packed with loads of flavour and was quite fresh. All food items we ordered were exceptional and cooked carefully as well. It’s best to order a variety of the small plates and share as you get to taste a bit of everything. The service from the staff was extremely friendly and they made an effort to have a conversation to get to know you as well. Definitely recommend if you’re a seafood lover looking for a nice night out!

An absolute haven. The staff consistently go out of their way for us. Despite it being a relatively small but always busy restaurant, we have never once felt rushed. Most importantly, the seafood is out of this world (even the taramasalata is great; the whole roasted fish are to die for) and the wine selection is interesting, but not too pricey. In sum, been several times and have not had other than really great experiences.

Second time I've eaten here and everything was delicious. I usually share the small plates as I love all the different flavours. Interesting and beautifully cooked dishes, service with a smile and a lovely manager who made the effort to contact me and re-arrange our table to a more suitable time. It's not cheap but you get quality!

Turbot - first time and won't be the last!. So this was a spur of the moment decision to have a meal out and as my favourite meal is fish... The food was exceptional. The Mackerel pate is superb but that Turbot for sharing.......truly was the best fish I have ever tasted. Service was with a smile and the whole evening was very enjoyable. Many thanks.

Great place. We ordered small things of the plates menu and nothing disappointed. The mackerel pate and the tinned sardines stood out as being really moreish, but couldn't fault a single dish. Wine was delicious even at the cheaper end of the menu, and the cheeses from the 'other' next door were also excellent.

We ordered a selection of bar snacks and small plates for lunch and everything was delicious- the mackerel pate was a particular favourite. We also had a glass of the first rosé and the first red wine on the menu and both were lovely. To finish we shared the cheese plate which consisted of three cheeses from the cheese shop next door. The food, service and ambience could not be faulted. Definitely worth five stars.

I believe this might be one of London's best kept secrets about fish. Anyone who loves the catch of the day, seafood, as any of the several delicatessen from the sea, must not miss this restaurant. And as if the food being delicious wasn't enough already, the staff is lovely, friendly but very professional: they do take care of you at all time to make sure you have an amazing experience. The prices are very competitive and definitely a good value for money, especially considering the quality, freshness and how exquisitely prepared and seasoned everything is. Very recommended. Book in advance since it is usually busy and the space is not that big. Congratulations for the chef and the whole team: London definitely needed a space like yours!

A truly excellent restaurant. A group of four enjoyed a range of six small plates, bread, two salad sides and the smoked fish platter. That was plenty of everyone. The fish was superb; fresh, well prepared and perfectly dressed when required. Fresh oysters, big fat scallops and flavoursome smoked mackerel were group favourites.

Great ambience and super friendly staff in this fab new restaurant. I’ve eaten there twice and both times I was very impressed. Interesting selection of starters, sharing dishes and amazing fish (all supplied by Moxons next door, in case you didn’t know!) with excellent wines to complement. Really looking forward to working my way through the menu!

We came here on a Thursday night for dinner - it was busy but service was excellent and the staff are really friendly. We shared a small plate of mackerel on a potato pancake which was fantastic. Then we had the seafood platter with a bottle of Muscadet and it was pretty spectacular! Looking forward to going again very soon
