Highly impressed by Saif patience while my friend was getting the order wrong 3 times.. he didn’t get frustrated or become rude he handled himself very professionally, especially while the restaurant was extremely busy. Well done mate, credit when due.

Always a very popular and busy place to go eat. Didn't have to queue very long this time or use the app, just a good old fashion request to be seated. Customer service is good as always, food arrived after not too long, portions are value for money and the taste is excellent.

This Nando’s is one of the larger ones you’ll find, plenty of seating for larger groups as well as the small diners. Service was good although they only had 1 staff member on one of the 4 tills they had to order. Usually the food quality here is 10/10 but on the last 2 trips, I had to send the food back as the chips was dead cold.

Amazing food, fast service. Loved the online ordering experience at the table. It’s make it extremely convenient. Chicken was as usual grilled perfectly and chocolate cake was amazing. Bottom-less drinks… what more do you want? And of course… Halal

I visited this restaurant for lunch and it turned out to be a good choice. The place had ample seating, which was a relief as we were a large group. The food was served hot and was undeniably tasty. The only drawback was that the acknowledgment upon arrival was a bit slow. Nevertheless, our overall experience was quite positive. I would recommend this place for a satisfying meal with friends or family.

Great experience at Nandos Park Royal... They accommodated 25 or us for a birthday meal... Great at dealing with the allergies... Brought the birthday cake in with plates and the staff even came to sing happy birthday... Thank you for a lovely evening😁👍🏼

We recently visited Nando's at the Park Royal branch and had the pleasure of being served by Mohammed. I must say, his service was exceptional. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire dining experience. His warm demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of my meal. Free Parking available in the vicinity. Went at Lunch Time it wasn’t busy with my daughter and saw other young parents with young children there. Staff seat us right away - clean table and seat. Ordered food easily on the counter staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Food came within few mins and it was prepared nicely and temperature was good. Toilet facilities were clean and new by the looks of it. They had cold peach tea option and that was delicious!

We had dinner in Nandos. Food never disappoints. Prices have gone up just like everywhere else. Still cheaper than some main stream restaurants. Staff helpful and courteous. Needless to say will be visiting again.

First time I’ve eaten in at this place for a while! Service was impeccable for us given we were a group of 10. Food was prompt, cooked well and staff were very polite - even though some of the group were slow to order! Even when all food arrived but one, it was established that a member of the group didn’t place an order. Staff were very helpful and once order was place, food came promptly.
Very impressed with the service and facilities. Plenty of seating and also parking directly outside.
