The only issue was that a wine advertised on the drinks list was unavailable. That said, at the bar, the bartender extended the opportunity to taste two other options before purchasing. which was an excellent customer service touch.

We adore this place and have been coming every week for a year. My mum and dad come at least three times a week at this point.
The servers are ridiculously lovley and always make a fuss of us.
Not to mention the food is delightful and the atmosphere is the best in bluewater.
Tonight our server was stefana, who was friendly and got our fussy orders just perfect!

Came for afternoon tea/ hen do/50th birthday. Food amazing. Service 10/10. Our server was amazing nothing was too much trouble for her. We weren't rushed and were at the table longer than expected. Some us stayed longer in the bar and again great service. 10 out of 10 for your staff

Jerry was our waiter and he was really friendly and efficient - well done Jerry!! Food great - delicious, hot and beautifully presented. Lovely atmosphere and we loved that we had space and weren't crammed together with other tables, like some restaurants and even other branches of Browns (Windsor). A little bit too dimly lit however...love dimly lit/mood lighting but I still need to read the menu! Thanks for a lovely experience. I'm sure I'll be back!!

The amosphere was nice. The waiting staff wearing long white aprons gave an air of French tradition, which in an area crammed with modern eateries was refreshing.
Nice menu offering a good and varied choice of dishes without being too extensive. The food was excellent with nice size portions for our requirements.
Our waitress was friendly, attentive and efficient.
The only negative was a young clearer who asked if we wanted our main courses whilst I was still finishing my first!

Breakfast was pretty decent for what you pay. Coffee was acceptable. Not much quality control as I got 4 sausages and my wife got 2 and no egg. They sorted it out atleast

We had a lovely full English breakfast today!
The restaurant was almost empty but this only made it really peaceful. The music wasn’t to loud and also very nice ! lights dimmed making the atmosphere romantic for a morning meal in two! We have been served by Kevin, friendly but professional, very pleasant and helpful! The whole experience would only makes us want to come again and again to Browns!

The visit was perfect, from start to finish.
I came for a bottomless brunch with my mum and sisters to celebrate my birthday.
The service from Marina was amazing! Everytime our drinks got low, she was getting us another one without us asking! She even had a ‘happy birthday’ plate made for me which was a personal touch and just perfect.
The food was also fantastic!!!
Thank you for an amazing experience - we will definitely be returning!!

I booked a family birthday lunch here and so glad I did, had a fabulous time. Lovely welcome of soft piano music, subtle lighting and most importantly the Sunday roast was spot on and the service was great! I’ll definitely be dining here again.
