Have been to this place at least a dozen times now with each and every occurrence being similar to the last.
Delicious food, lovely staff, and an amazing atmosphere.
Has a bar menu that complements the food and overall can't knock it.
If you're walking in expecting chicken breast and chips, you're in the wrong place.
You're here for the lobster, the brisket, and the smoked meats. If you're after chicken, Nandos is next door.
Go in, tuck in, and enjoy the BBQ flavours on offer. It doesn't disappoint.

Walking in, the atmosphere is fantastic. The bar had a huge selection of which a lot I can't even find back home in the states. The staff was friendly and welcoming and checked on our table of 6 often. Being from the states and having some of the best BBQ in the world, Big Easy is up there with some of the best I've had. Recommended by a great friend (Bruce Faber of EHS Hospitality), I definitely owe him for this gem while traveling for work. Keep up the good work Big Easy!

This restaurant is my favourite place to eat. I enjoyed my Birthday there, with amazing, very yummy food and great staff who could do no more, making sure me and my family were looked after. Being in a wheelchair it's hard to find places that are helpful and friendly. Well, Big Easy is a wonderful place to enjoy great quality food and a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for making my Birthday meal such a wonderful time. Don't hesitate visiting, it's so good I go there every time I shop at Bluewater.

This was my third visit to The Big Easy. This visit was on Saturday 14th October 2023 with friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. Whilst the menu isn't cheap, average is £50 per person without starters or dessert, this would take it up to £75-100 per person. The food menu has a big choice of meals, and drinks too. The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend Big Easy but you deep pockets.

There was an amazing band on playing western, blues, they were fantastic

Love the big easy in Bluewater. Tried it first a month ago and have been back a few times since. The food and staff have always been exceptional and we have always left happy with our experience. The meats are lovely and smokey, the seafood platters are amazing, and the drinks (especially the cocktails) are on point!
Special shout out to Adam who has always been incredible - approachable, friendly and attentive, as well as a special mention to the amazing corn bread! We’ll be back

We went on shrimp Tuesday. We had unlimited shrimp, which was great. Our server Matthew was great. He was very polite and friendly, very helpful. Mat made sure to explain how it worked and what drinks we could get with the food.
It was my aunts birthday, and Matthew made sure everyone knew, lol. We sang happy. It was my first time and I loved it. We had a great time. It's very nice to be welcomed to the restaurant. We sat down Matthew came over and introduced himself as our server. Took our drinks and food order and then our food came out nice and hot.

Great food and big portions. The Voodoo shrimp is incredible. A must have! Had the Taste ‘O’ Rama which is big! The pork rib and Carolina pulled pork were amazing. Cornbread and Texas hot link were lovely too. Service from Adam was amazing too. Very helpful and happy!

Very big restaurant. Food tasty! Cocktails are nice and strong! We booked a table and were seated in no time.. it was busy, which I always think is a good sign! I had half a lobster and steak, and I ordered the steak rare, but it could have been rarer! Nice place.
