I visited the site for a meal with three family members on my birthday. The food & service were excellent. I took a note of the name of our waitress who was superb but lost the piece of paper. I do remember her name began with a ‘B’.

Big shout out to Beata, the waitress who helped me today when my blood sugar dropped leaving me feeling a bit unwell. She quickly went and got me some fries to eat before our lunch came out. Thankyou very much Beata. You were very kind

Only one staff member was available to serve us, but she did so making us feel very relaxed. Ordered a breakfast, which came in decent time, nice and hot. Defo a place I recommend and will be returning to!

First time at this Cafe Rouge in Bluewater, the service and atmosphere, and food was good, except for the apple tart being over-done underneath, with a tinge of burnt taste that was dissapointing. I believe the Manager should have offered a replacement apple tart and should have apologised. £60 for : truffle macaroni cheese (that was delicious), and omelette with sweet potatoe fries (perfect), with drinks, was quite overpriced, should have been under £50. Apart from the excellent waiter, (blond hair) who was top class, old fashioned proper style of good customer service, it was in general a satisfactory experience.

Amazing experience, we have been served by a lovely young man. I don't know his name. He has blonde and curly hair. He is such a lovely guy, friendly and helpful. Food was 10/10 happy to return.

Food was good, we had a three course meal. It was reasonably priced and a lovely meal out. Staff was good and made sure we were happy although got close to our personal space a bit much. Overall it was a good experience.

We came here for Classic Afternoon Tea. Which included three delectable tiers of French-inspired sweets and savouries, with refillable Classic Tea and Coffee we loved our French delicacies. The Afternoon Tea and restaurant ambience made this a wonderful introduction for us to Cafe Rouge.

First time in visiting this restaurant. They have a good selection of dishes on the menu. The food was very nice as were the staff. It had a very nice atmosphere and I will be visiting again. Highly recommend.
